• Title: Font size 14, bold, uppercase, centered; concise (maximum 25 words), reflecting the main content; avoid abbreviations.
• Authors: Listed below the title (font size 12), including academic degrees, full names, and affiliations.
• Abstract (Vietnamese and English): Faithfully translated between languages, including:
  • Background and Objective(s)
  • Content
  • Conclusion(s)
  • Keywords
• Abstracts must not exceed 200 words per language (Vietnamese or English) and be written as a single paragraph with clearly separated sections. Keywords reflect the main issues addressed in the study and be limited to a maximum of five (05) words or phrases.
• Signed confirmation from the author group (for research projects; scanned and uploaded online).
• Abstract submission must be accompanied by the presenter’s scientific CV (see CV tab for instructions).

I. Purpose
The scientific CV is used to:
– Verify eligibility for conference participation;
– Support preliminary review and panel allocation;
– Archive conference records.

II. Applicable Subjects
– Presenters (principal authors);
– Lecturers, physicians, and healthcare professionals working in dental institutions;
– Principal research participants for scientific studies.

III. General Requirements
– File format: DOC/DOCX/PDF
– Font: Times New Roman, size 12
– Maximum length: 100 words per section in both Vietnamese and English
– Clear text presentation; no images or graphics
– Section IV must be presented in bullet points
– Language: Submissions from international presenters must be in English, from Vietnam presenters must be in English & Vietnamese

V. Institutional Confirmation
The scientific CV must be submitted together with the abstract (see Scientific Paper tab for instructions).

VI. Submission Regulations
– The scientific CV is required to be submitted simultaneously with the abstract via the official online registration platform of the Organizing Committee.
– Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will be requested for revision within the prescribed timeframe; submissions not completed within the deadline will not be included in the preliminary selection list.
– The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet formal or content requirements.

• For non-Vietnamese presenters
  Please submit your passport information page and profile picture along with abstract and CV.

Submissions must upload all documents mentioned above in order to be qualified for preliminary review.
